VINTAGE WESTERN ELECTRIC BELL SYSTEM 1930'S? ART DECO WALL PHONE WITHOUT DIALER

Up for auction is a VINTAGE WESTERN ELECTRIC BELL SYSTEM 1930'S? ART DECO WALL PHONE WITHOUT DIALER.  The box measures approximately 4-1/4" long by 2" by 2".  The cord measures approximately 12" long un-stretched.  The receiver measures approximately 8-7/8" long.  I have no idea if this will work or not.  I see no real damage other than what I believe to be a missing plugin type dialer.  Please allow the many pictures provided along with any questions you may have to be the final determination of condition.  Thanks for looking and "GOOD LUCK"!!!!

his is not a wall phone, this is what is known as the Space Saver phone. These were usually mounted to a counter top, rather than a wall. These were also available with a dial. These need to be paired with a subset in order
to work properly and without damage.
