Very Original Authentic Looking Blake Type Transmitter Walnut Box -  No guts. Walnut. Nice except where someone made a telephone out of it by switch hook holes. Been stripped front, 3 sides, backboard okay. Door “lock” appears okay and original. Caution plaque inside and another plaque with: “No. 7657. Assembly by M.R. Tested by CL. C.T. and E. Co. (Connection Telegraph and Electric Co.?) I can have the holes filled in if you wish for extra. The routed edges are very typical of 1900 and / or pre-1900 makings. It measures about 5" x 6" x 3 1/4".
