Used. Comes in non-original packaging.  This Heated Storage Cabinet is in good cosmetic condition with minor scuffs, scratches, and small dings from normal use in a commercial kitchen.  The gaskets are new and recently replaced.
Notes:
We powered up this cabinet and confirmed that the heater and the fan functioned as designed.  The doors open and close smoothly.   We replaced the gaskets with new brand-name parts.  No additional testing was performed. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
