Looks like it may have been used in a Theater or Playhouse. NOTE DAMAGE: Mouth piece is missing a chunk (see pic) also the handheld ear piece wear hold on one side, also there is a crack in the wood at the top just below the bells...minor rust and paint in some areas (see pic). Nice item pictures do not do it justice. Very Heavy, Bakelite plastic parts.
