HOW IT WORKS
1. Place your order by selecting size and quantity.
2. Click “Buy It Now” and submit payment.
2. Once order is placed, email picture and the text you want. Include a description of what you have in mind.
3. I will custom design a layout and send it to you for approval.
4. You then can ask for changes, make suggestions, or approve of the layout.
5. Once approved, stone is engraved and shipped.
PICTURE REQUIREMENTS
1. All Pictures Must Be Emailed
2. File Size Must Be Larger Than 500KB, No Larger  Than 5MB. Pictures over 5MB will not Email.
3. Almost All File Types Excepted. JPG work Best.
4. Color Or Black & White Pictures Accepted
5. If You Scan A Picture. Please Scan At 600DPI.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW
Once you place your order I will use my experience to explain to you what I feel will look best. I will also let you know if a different shaped stone will be a better fit. I also can remove backgrounds and do some touching up of pictures. Not ever picture will be able to be engraved. I have been doing this for 7 Years and only have your best interest at heart. If a picture can not be engraved or an suitable layout can be agreed upon, a full refund will be issued.
Marble & Granite are  natural products, which means there can be variations in color and pattern, and sometimes what you get delivered may be touch different than what you see in the display but as in nature all is most acceptable.

If your order is returned to the post office, a .00 charge will be issued to reship your item.
AFTER LAYOUT APPROVAL

If item arrives broken or damage. A replacement stone will be sent free of charge.
Photo of damage product must be provided before a replacement will be shipped.
