    Description

    A new Pelikan M400 fountain pen in tortoiseshell white with a striped celluloid barrel.  There is no box.  The pen measures 4 15/16 inches capped.  This is a piston fill pen.  The 14K nib reads 14C 585F indicating it is a fine nib.  The pen is new and has not been dip tested.  A gorgeous pen!
