An infrared heat lamp keeps product warm while ensuring visibility, and the stainless steel cabinet is strong and rust resistant. An on/off switch has an accurate, adjustable thermostat controller to operate the unit. Measuring 15.13 inches wide by 18.13 inches deep, the unit fits on most countertops.
