    You will receive a total of 16 1/2 cut and 5 full U.S Assorted license plates.  2 1/2 cut plates equal 1 normal plate.  These plates were cut in half by the State of Hawaii.
    These plates are used and are retired from Hawaii.  Pllates are used and same have scratches, dent and bends. This lot is 16 1/2 pieces and 5 full plates, as shown in pictures. They make up a total of 13 complete plates, but 1/2 plates do not match. These plates are for art or decoration only. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope.
