What is Kombucha and Why Make It At Home?
·           Kombucha is a funky, fermented, carbonated, 100% natural drink.  It is fun to make, healthy, a great hobby for one, or an entire family!
·           Making your own kombucha at home is significantly more affordable when compared to anywhere from .00 to .00 per 16 oz. at the store.
·           To make your very own buch at home all you need is:

o        White Sugar

Shipping and Return Policies:
Please note all dates and timeline references are based on business days which are:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday EXCLUDING national holidays.
All Sales are final on SCOBY's and SCOBY related products.
The brewer assumes all responsibility of the SCOBY, and the brew once the SCOBY is delivered.
NO REFUNDS OF ANY KIND WILL BE PROVIDED.
NO EXCHANGES OF ANY KIND WILL BE PROVIDED.
BUYER ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY, FEES, AND CHARGES ASSOCIATED WITH ANY ORDER REPLACEMENT.
SCOBY's are guaranteed to arrive healthy and ready to brew. If the SCOBY arrived damage in any way, shape or form, a picture of the damage must be provided. We will be more than happy to re-send any damaged, UN-OPENED SCOBY's. Once the pouch has been opened, WE DO NOT ASSUME ANY responsibility for the health of the SCOBY, the success of your brew, or anything else from that point forward. We will not reimburse any form of payment including shipping, fees, or the cost of the product due to dissatisfaction on your kombucha brew success rate.
PLEASE NOTE that brewing kombucha similar to brewing beer takes skills, practice, patience and in many cases trial and error. If your brew is contaminated during the process, your kombucha doesn't taste as you expected, ETC... we DO NOT assume any responsibility and will not issue any type of refunds. ALL SALES ON SCOBY'S AND SCOBY RELATED PRODUCTS ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED.
Many factors other than our SCOBY's or the starter tea are at play during the kombucha brewing process and the brewer must assume responsibility for all of these elements such as temperature, sterilization, equipment, ingredients, and many, many more. We guarantee our products 100% upon arrival before they are opened and will not re-fund any funds once our product has been opened.
We are always happy to help with any brewing questions you may have, but we are unable to go over the brewing process step by step. Our service is to provide the SCOBY and starter tea needed to make kombucha. We do not assume responsibility for the knowledge and skills needed to make kombucha, the brewer/customer assumes all responsibly. No refunds will given due to your success rate on kombucha or if your SCOBY is contaminated.
OUR SCOBY'S ARE GUARANTEED TO BE 100% healthy and free of contaminants. If your SCOBY gets contaminated during the brewing process we do not assume any responsibility. WE WILL NOT PROVIDE ANY REFUNDS DUE TO CONTAMINATION OF YOUR SCOBY, OR YOUR BREW. The brewer assumes all responsibility of the SCOBY and the brew once the pouch where the SCOBY arrives is opened.
