From Jalisco, Mexico, this is a pair of beautiful star medallion earrings and handmade by a Huichol Indian.
Using the traditional Huichol techniques, micro glass beads are individually strung in gorgeous medallion dangle style earrings.  The medallion is a Peyote flower 8 pointed star and the dangles form the prayer arrow symbol.  The prayer arrow is used by the Shaman leaders to begin their ceremonies.  So stunning, festival style and perfect for the bohemian look that we all know and love.
The round medallion is tightly woven and is slightly bendable with peacock blue and yellow color half flowers on the edges.  In the middle is an orange pearl and red with orange peyote flower.  Below the medallion is 11 dangles with angled colors of black, orange, red and orange pearl.  A peacock blue and yellow color flower bud are at the tips of each dangle with sparkly clear AB (aurora borealis)
