Huichol
Indian folk art is truly unique and all handmade by the indigenous Indian people of the Sierra Madre mountains in Jalisco, Mexico. Beautiful, yellow calla lily, beaded art dangle earrings. These earrings are 100% authentic Huichol art earrings.
Using the traditional Huichol techniques, glass beads are individually strung, one by one, into gorgeous dangle style earrings. The calla lily was made famous by the Mexican painter, Diego Rivera. The yellow calla lily symbolizes magnificent beauty.
The trumpet on these earrings is woven yellow Peyote flowers. The spadix in the center is metallic red with a clear metallic silver beaded tip. Each strand has light olive green beads and tiny green beaded leaves. Two strands are joined at the ear hook with a clear metallic green larger glass bead. So fun for summer, festival style and perfect for the bohemian look that we all know and love.
