Handmade, wall hanging deer family.  Using rich red, soft tan, forest green, black and gray pearl colored beads, Librado created a beautiful family of deers.  Each deer is beaded and made of the Huichol symbols that are very important for communication with the Huichol Gods.  This sculpture is made of 3 sculptures in one:  A large brave male or stag, a protecting female or doe and a tiny fawn peeking his head between mother and father's embrace.
    Doe
Doe is made of soft looking tan color beads.  We love how Librado used clear beads with aurora borealis finish as her background.  She's so sparkly.  Her head is turned to the right and she's looking down at her fawn.
On her back, a blooming stalk of corn asks the Gods for good food for her family.  Below the corn, a Messenger Deer head is communicating with the Gods.  Large Peyote flowers are protected by the snake and the majestic eagle on her forehead symbolizes the duality of the Gods with their ability to see in all directions.
    Stag
The stag or buck is breathtaking!  He has huge 3D antlers that are made of gray pearl and silver metallic beads that shine in such a masculine way.  His head is turned inward, above and over the doe and the fawn.
His body is made of red, clear red metallic, clear gold metallic and black beads.
7 red metallic Messenger Deer are showing the Gods the way to the ceremony and communicating.
Peyote flowers are guarded by the scorpions, a large deer head and a stalk of corn asks for blessings to grow healthy crops to feed his family.
His captivating eyes and the doe's eyes are made of God's eyes for protection of their children.
We love how Librado used solid red beads on his back ear and sprinkled them on his face for highlights.
    Fawn
This little guy (or girl) is so cute.  He is peeking his head between the necks for his mother and father.
He is made of forest green beads with clear metallic green beads in the background.
Some of his symbols include a Messenger Deer on his nose and a Peyote flower being nourished by the rain oh his forehead.
This is a gorgeous sculpture.  We love how Librado turned some of the beads sideways for extra sparkle.  There are two holes in the back for hanging.  We suggest hanging on a wall.  Since it is made of wax, hanging above a fireplace could cause the wax to melt.
This sculpture is a beautiful gift for a deer lover.  They are so special!
A COA, certificate of authenticity, signed by the artist, is included and this gorgeous art piece is personally signed by Librado Carrillo Carrillo, Paritamey.
