Description

This is a very nice Hatco Flav-R-Savor humidified holding/display cabinet. single 19" door with a powered rotating 4 tier pan rack that holds up to 18" pans. Humidity and temperature control knobs give the ability to adjust the temperature for everything from bagels to ribs, dual lights in the top of the cabinet, and an easy to fill humidifier tank. The unit heated to the correct temperature with an external thermometer gauge. Temperature adjusts up to 190F when set on high. Guaranteed not to be DOA.

This FST-1 hot food holding and display cabinet is an electric unit that operates at 120 Volts, 60 Hertz, and 13.4 Amps for 1500 Watts and it has a 6 ft power cord.

Condition & Testing
This Flav-R-Savor FST-1 Food warmer is in excellent cosmetic and tested working condition. There are some signs of previous use in the form of minor scratches on the sides where it sat beside other equipment, but is still very presentable. I plugged it in and set the temperature control on high and it got up to 190F confirmed by my external thermometer (see pic).
This unit heated to the correct temperatures however I notice the internal thermometer is off and running a little low. There may be a way to adjust the thermometer? Both internal light bulbs are working. The tier rack motor runs smoothly and quietly to rotate the rack. This unit heats up quickly. The humidity control is working properly to control the humidity in the cabinet. Low water light is working correctly. Operators manual is a photocopy. Ready to use as soon as you receive it, and is all in all a very nice unit. The entire unit has been detailed cleaned inside and out.
