EXTRA RARE VINTAGE PELIKAN 100N LIZARD PEN GOLD FLEX NIB M-BB 101N

Description

One of the most rare pens produced  by Pelikan model 100N 101N lizard  manufactured in Germany in the very first years of introduction 1937 . This is so called half lizard because it has only lizard pattern sleeve. There were also those with cap of the same pattern with golden or metal additions. Lizards were in production until 1951 and then in 2013 Pelikan came with the same model M101N but in my opinion because of different materials used it is not the same model as the old one.
As for its age saved in very good  condition! There are some slight signs of use and two issues - lizard sleeve has a little chip and there are some hairlines on ink windows upper part that you can see in pictures

Pen is made of celluloid and ebonite.  Inscription around cap is deep same as the old logo. First barrels were produced of yellow brown celluloid,then it was changed into plastic.
Pen is obviously in working condition. I have exchanged a new seal
Nib is made of 14k gold and is flexible from standard to double broad M-BB. Nib is rare too cause its iridium point is a ball shaped. It really can write with different angles
