This cast member lanyard is a blue roped lanyard with a white oval medallion of Tinker Bell spreading pixie dust.
The text reads "We Make Magic Happen! Cast Blast 99 Disneyland Resort.
"Cast Blasts" were cast & employees celebration.
These were the type of lanyards before pin trading started - just to use for name tag /  ID badges.
