It is a very simple procedure that can easily be done at the shipper's website. Obviously damage or loss is grounds for an insurance claim and NOT grounds for a return therefore you are agreeing that you WILL NOT initiate a return through ebay due to damage or loss (or for any other reason for that matter) but rather you will take care of the insurance claim yourself as I have stated here and as you will agree to the instant you complete this sale.
