From the Fantasia Ice Crean Gift with purchase (GWP) Pin Set this is Mickey Mouse from the Sorcerer's Apprentice section of Fantasia. This specific pin can be found at Hook's Pointe and Bur-r-rbank Cones. These are limited to 2500 of each pin and 10,000 completer cards. They were available from Mid July through Labor Day, 2003. Pins in the set include: 23586, 23641, 23654, 23655 and 24002
