    Antique Vintage Early Bakelite Telephone Mouthpiece, the threads are on the inside.
    The mouthpiece measures 1 3/8 inches tall, 2 inches across the front and the threads measures 7/8 of an inch.  I could not find any markings, there are no chips/cracks or repairs.
