For your consideration we are offering this antique Monophone rotary telephone by Automatic Electric Inc. This is a recent estate sale find. We are not familiar with Monophones and are assuming it is a #2 based on two previous listings on eBay. The bakelite case is in good used condition. There is one hole in the hand set which can be seen in photo 7. There are also some dents in one of the metal bands. The rotary dial can be dialed but does not return all of the way without a little help. It is a heavy phone weighing in at a little over 6.5 pounds. This phone is untested and is being sold as is, as found, for parts or repair. This is a good opportunity for someone to add a rare phone to their collection.
