    Exquisite two sided embroidery.  Similar to Ottoman period examples which were made by Greeks, Armenians, Turks, and Syrians. Double running stitch technique embroidery with silks and gilt silver threads on a hand loomed egg-shell colored linen with silk selvedge, the ends decorated with sprays of multi-colored flowers each with colorful red, blue, green & gilt silver leaves.
    
    
    Attractive, elegant and in good condition for its age, with minor storage stains.
    Suitable for framing.
    A must for collectors.
