American Tel-Tel Co #323 50AL Rotary Candlestick Western Electric #2AE dial. Untouched found as is, only cleaned up the porcelain dial to look for any sign of cracks. (Small tiny hairline crack across the M6 barley noticeable and one tiny scratch between the 3 & 4) overall in Good original condition with original finger wheel. Flea bites on the edge of the mouth piece. Mouth piece seems to look sealed or glued on? Original three screw connector thread cord. The #2AE was made to use for rural line identification. Works just like a #2AB or 2AA dial except that it's a rare party line dial that has a rural plate with the J-M-R-W designation. These porcelain dials are very desirable and hard to find. This dial has 10 pulses per second which is correct for all rotary dials. Rotates smoothly, tested and works perfectly. This would be a great restoration project for the true hard core phone collector.
