    2 RARE VINTAGE 1939 “NY WORLD’S FAIR” SOUVENIR STAMPS “LONG ISLAND R.R. STATION” (these are not
    postal
    stamps), wonderful illustration of DECO architecture.
    Second stamp is attached vertically as if they were part of a strip;
    ‘TEXTILE BUILDING” (another superb DECO architectural illustration).
    Both dated “1939” in margins with period font.
    These are fragile and it’s likely that very few have survived;
    this set exists because they were in an album and have the backing of scrapbook remnants.
    Remarkably good condition with no tears or stains.
