1969/1973 Hawaii License plate DAV Keychain Tag

Description

1973 Hawaii DAV keychain license plate. If you don’t know the story, the DAV sent these out to motorists as a fundraiser. If you lost your keys, they could be returned to you by the DAV. If you collect these, you already know that Hawaii is one of the toughies!
