1939 New York World's Fair large fold-out brochure.  Describes house on fairgrounds which was decorated by Benjamin Moore products.
9 x 12" When folded--opens up to about 23 x 18" in size which shows some of the buildings at the fair.  Hopefully the pictures will give you a good idea of what is contained in the brochure.
Shows signs of use (85 years ago).  Has been folded, light age stains, small edge tear and light signs of use.  We would rate the item at about a 7 on grade scale of 10 (or close).
