1939 New York World's Fair Blue Ribbon "The Gulistan" Persian Rug Ribbon

1939 New York World's Fair "The Gulistan" (Persian rug) blue ribbon.  This ribbon was once attached to a new type of Persian rug that was featured at The Terrace Club at the World's Fair.  The ribbon reads as follows --  "The Gulistan Exhibited at 1937 Paris Exposition Selected for the Terrace Club New York World's Fair 1939" (frayed threads on the '1937').
The ribbon measures 3 3/8" x 2" wide.  Some fraying along the edges and as mentioned the threads are frayed on the "1937" (under the word 'Gulistan').
